I tried this recipe for Chicken Gyros tonight. They were very tasty and it was a nice lighter meal. My changes (because there are always some) I chopped tomatoes and onions to put on top instead of the greens. I also added some cumin, garlic, and parsley to the plain yogurt. In the future I'd use a traditional gyro sauce or let my yogurt concoction sit for a longer period of time to add more flavor. I might also use slightly less curry so that it doesn't overwhelm the other flavors.
