Tried and True


I've used this recipe for Chicken Fajitas several times and did again last night. It's easy because I always have chicken on hand, even if it's from a can, and some kind of veggies. Last night, instead of the frozen stir fry veggies I chopped my own green pepper, onion and carrots. One other helpful hint--if you are using frozen chicken, pour the Italian dressing over the chicken to marinate while it thaws. It makes things even yummier!
