...for both our tastebuds and in cooking. On my monthly menu plan yesterday, was a recipe for Curried Turkey from a Taste of Home 30 Minute cookbook. Since I rarely use curry, I was somewhat apprehensive about whether I would like the recipe, but I wanted a new way to use the frozen leftovers from a turkey breast I roasted in October. Also, I tend to associate curry-flavored items with Indian food, so I decided to try my hand at making Naan. Both turned out to be very good. The naan was definitely an adventure--I don't make yeast breads without a bread machine very often, and I had a 2 year old's help the whole time! But I'll be making more in the future because it was so yummy.
