The rainy, gray day determined my mood for meal preparations today. I was totally looking for something warm and comforting, and to use up some leftover grilled steak from last night. Here's what I came up with: steak and potato hash. I sauteed some green pepper and onion then added frozen hashbrowns and the chopped up leftover steak. As it was finishing up, I sprinkled a little melted cheese over the top. It was a great way to use leftovers. Note to self: use this in the future!
