Summer Eating


It's starting to warm up again, so something cool and tasty sounded good for dinner. I happened to see a crab casserole recipe on some website yesterday morning and that spurred me to pull some flake imitation crab from the freezer. Then I set about finding something to do with it. I ended up making this Crab Salad. I substituted slightly cooked frozen peas and carrot mixture for the broccoli. I also made strawberry/banana/peach/cantaloupe smoothies and we dined al fresco.
