So my definition of fusion cooking is different than that of everybody else, but I like taking foods that normally appear in one format and making them in another. Tonight I made turkey club pizza. It turned out fantastic! Definitely a keeper recipe and a great one to use if you have just a bit of leftover deli meats and cheese on hand. I used olive oil instead of sauce and then just sprinkled a little Italian seasoning and chives over the top. Try it!
