I finally found the time to flip through the June 2008 issue of Real Simple magazine. I don't often find a lot I like in the food section of this magazine, but this issue is a big exception. I got a pork tenderloin of out of the freezer this morning and it is bathing in some marinade. I'll grill it on high heat about 3 minutes a side and then transfer to a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes. I've got a rice/barley mix leftover from last week and will throw a veggie along with it.
