Real Simple Grilling

I finally found the time to flip through the June 2008 issue of Real Simple magazine. I don't often find a lot I like in the food section of this magazine, but this issue is a big exception. They have an awesome guide to grilling section that I plan to keep around. If you don't get the magazine, here is the link to the Ultimate Guide to Grilling online. There are some great marinade and rub recipes, and don't forget to download the Grilling Cheat Sheet.

So what are you grilling for supper?
I got a pork tenderloin of out of the freezer this morning and it is bathing in some marinade. I'll grill it on high heat about 3 minutes a side and then transfer to a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes. I've got a rice/barley mix leftover from last week and will throw a veggie along with it.

I grilled nothing! Baked fish with a cheese, cream sauce, couscous, and a mixed veg from the freezer. Baby missed out on the "kookie" for dessert because she wouldn't eat a carrot.
