In the afternoon we were able to put together some last minutes plans for my family to come here for dinner. I did Italian beef in the crockpot so that I didn't have to worry about the weather going south while I tried to grill. My sister brought a pasta salad that was great and we had sundaes for dessert. I think the biggest hit of the party was the non-alcoholic mojitos (sweetened lime juice, club soda, sweetener/sugar, fresh mint, and a lime slice). Tres fabulouso!
