You Need More Gnocchi in Your Life

 I'm a firm believer in the beauty of gnocchi. There is something about that doughy, potato pasta that just makes me happy. I'll consider just about any gnocchi recipe I run across.

This Ground Beef Gnocchi wasn't just a gnocchi recipe, it seemed to be a lot of other great ingredients and short prep time. Perfect! 

It was really, really good. Quick, easy, and simple to make with great Italian flavor. Some of the blog comments hinted at adding more seasoning. I chose not to, but you totally could if you want. Our table was pleased with the recipe as is, and we all enjoyed the leftovers.

As gnocchi recipes go, I haven't found too many bad ones, but this one ranks up there as a new favorite.
