We had a little get together with some friends, and I volunteered to bring dessert. Of course, when
your desserty-type Pinterest board have over a thousand pins, that's not as easy as you might think. Plus, there's always the limitation of ingredients on hand.
I'm guessing you have everything you need to make these delicious Peanut Butter & Jelly Bars. They produced a lovely, peanut butter, cookie bar that was not dry, and not crumbly. The jelly (I used both grape and strawberry to make everyone happy), is a nice, light layer that provides flavor without too much goo or stickiness.
This is a super easy cookie recipe, plus it's flavors most of the cookie-eating public loves. Definitely great for our get together, and probably perfect for a weeknight treat or your own gathering with friends.
