Brown Sugar and Balsamic Makes It Better

I think I've had a revelation.  When it comes to slow cooking, chicken thighs beat chicken breasts for flavor and texture.  I don't know why it took so long for me to figure it out, but I'm playing by those rules for the foreseeable future.

This Slow Cooker Brown Sugar and Balsamic Chicken and Vegetables was a big hit at my table, including with me, and it didn't have that usual "slow cooker chicken" taste.  The brown sugar and balsamic flavors were subtle, but excellent.  I also liked that the veggies weren't cooked to oblivion.  Prep for this recipe was pretty easy, and it was a fabulous smell to come home to.  You'll see this in regular rotation on my menu.
