Forward, March!

They say that February is the longest shortest month ever.  It's certainly felt that way, except when it comes to my menu plan.  Suddenly I realized I need a menu if I was going to have a full plan for the upcoming week.  Luckily, it came together pretty quickly, and I'm looking forward to 11-12 new recipes in the new month.

I've filled up the month with the last of my "winterish" recipes--several soups and heavier casseroles.  I'm ready for that gradual transition to "summer" cooking anytime!  We'll see what the weather and menu for April bring.
