This Crockpot Sweet and Sour Smoked Sausage was easy and yummy.
I only made a half recipe so that we weren't eating this same recipe for days and days. As usual, I used turkey smoked sausage, and then added some mini bell peppers I had in the refrigerator. For some reason the mini pepper ring in the photo looks like a bow tie, it is kind of cute, though. Served with baked rice, this was a delicious start to our week.
