Today was perfect soup weather, and by that I mean, it was icky outside, but perfect for a nice hot bowl of creamy Ham & Potato Soup.
This recipe was just so amazingly easy. Throw everything in, stir, cook. Love, love. I ended up cooking mine on high for about four hours and it worked perfectly.
We enjoyed our soup with some dinner rolls from the freezer and a lovely Honeycrisp apple. Couldn't ask for anything better on the easy scale.
