My girlie loves a Dorito, so I couldn't wait to make this Doritos Cheesy Chicken Casserole just for her. After all, it uses a whole bag of them!
As casseroles go, this was pretty standard fair, and I thought the flavor was good. However, I did wish that the Doritos were incorporated into the casserole just a little bit more. They just kind of hung out and did their own thing at bottom. My girl was not a fan of the tomatoes that were included, and carefully picked all around them to get to the parts she did like.
I'm guessing this one won't make a future menu rotation. There are an awful lot of tomatoes in a 9x13 pan for three people to eat their way through.
