Only that's not happening at my house. Rather, I found a way to turn a brownie into a yummy version of a Girl Scout cookie. I give you Caramel Coconut Brownies. A fabulous recreation of the popular Samoa/Caramel Delight cookie in brownie form.
The recipe is a fabulous but basic brownie recipe, plus a layer of dulce de leche and coconut. So simple, and yet sooooooo decadent and amazing. I love simple twists on classic recipes, and it doesn't get much better than this.
