I love breakfast for dinner, especially when it tastes like brownies!
Today's Chocolate Dutch Baby didn't disappoint. It was had a deep, rich, chocolate flavor without being too sweet. (I think that's one of my favorite things about Dutch Babies/German Pancakes--sweet but not too.) Topped with powdered sugar, strawberries, and whipped cream, this was yummmmmmmmm.
This recipe was so easy toss together--I didn't even use a blender, just a whisk and a little upper arm workout. I also did a recipe and a half so that it would fit in my 12 inch skillet better. It only needed about an extra minute in the oven, so not much of an adjustment.
Of course this recipe would be perfect for Valentine's Day, but I don't recommend waiting that long to try it!
