Soups have been popping up all over Pinterest in the last few weeks, and for once, the weather cooperated and made perfect soup weather for this Creamy Alfredo Lasagna Soup.
I was so excited about this soup, and anxious to see how the Alfredo flavors worked in a soup format. Let me tell you, it's so good!
The soup is creamy and flavorful without being heavy at all. It is delicious. I would recommend breaking the lasagna noodles down fairly small. Otherwise, they sort of flip around and fling broth mixture at you. You could also use a different type of noodle if you are so inclined. For the rest of the recipe, follow the directions as is. You will love it!
