Elvis' Baked Oatmeal

I'm pretty sure this recipe did not come from Elvis, but anything with peanut butter and banana makes me think of him.  So let's all just pretend that this Baked Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal has a rock 'n roll heritage.

I've had great success with baked oatmeals in the past, and this one was very good too.  My suggestions--slice the second banana and bake it with the oatmeal.  They come out looking funny, but they sure are tasty.  Then, don't forget the topping!  It isn't mentioned in the recipe, but the original blogger addressed it in the comments.  Melt peanut butter and maple syrup together and drizzle over the top.  It's so yummy.  The oatmeal would be fine without it, but the topping gave an extra kick of flavor.
