Today was a bit of a helter skelter day, but it wasn't too crazy to enjoy this Gnocchi Mac and Cheese.
Now, you know I love all varieties of mac and cheese, and I was especially looking forward to doughy gnocchi buried in a lovely cheese sauce. It did not disappoint. It's a beautiful rich cheese sauce that is all kinds of yum.
Moral of the story: make this and enjoy. Easy as that.
