Saturdays and Stromboli




Some of our days got a little changed around this week, so my menu had to have some changes too.  I really wanted to try this Grands! Crescent Cheesy Sausage Stromboli, though, so I squeezed it in on a Saturday.

This stromboli has a rich, savory flavor.  Very good, and a little will fill you right up!  I might recommend cutting back on the red pepper a little.  Maybe I had an oversized pepper, but even only using 2/3 of mine still felt like a little much.

This would also make a great appetizer if you cut it in smaller pieces.
