I chose to do the regular size version rather than sliders. I also added provolone cheese to our red pear and mild banana peppers. There's no doubt that there is sweet and spicy in these burgers, but there was nothing there to make us come back for more. It wasn't bad, but I felt like the pear wasn't a strong enough counter to the sharp tang of the peppers and barbecue.
To sum up, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't as good as I'd hoped. Onward and upward to the next burger.
