Tuesday's Turkey Tacos


This one really isn't rocket science.  Just two old favs thrown together in one delicious dish--baked potatoes with taco toppings.  Perfect!

These Turkey Taco Potato Boats were easy, yummy, and filling.  The crunch of the chips on top was a great addition.  Looking forward to eating the last little bit of taco meat on a potato for lunch too!

Maybe it's because I'm really hungry right now, or maybe it's because I love tacos, but this looks absolutely delicious. Going to have to give it a try soon.
