I liked how the name of this recipe made it sound all-inclusive. One dish. Everything. Done.
And ultimately, it turned out to be a pretty tasty and filling dish. We had plenty for our little family, plus enough for another lunch, and still a few leftovers. It was super easy to assemble (even if I did forget to thaw the hashbrowns ahead of time), and then slide into the oven while I worked on other things, which may or may not have included trying to pass a level on Candy Crush.
This is a fun recipe I'm sure we'll enjoy again in the future.
