It was good. Not fantastic because it had a little bit of that traditional "chicken in a crockpot" flavor. I think more Parmesan might have been good, and possibly more seasoning. This is a dish that might be better in the oven--the cheese and potatoes would certainly be delicious if they had the chance to get a little crispy. It may a lose a little in convenience that way, but I bet it makes up for it in flavor.
