Holidays and family time are a good time to try the recipes you never would make for yourself. These two were super simple to make, one isn't even really a recipe, but they sure tasted yummy.
The first were these Easy Easter Cookie Pops. I chose not to make them as pops, it was just one more step. I used Townhouse crackers for a more oval egg-shape, crunchy JIF peanut butter, and Wilton candy melts. (I am a huge fan of the candy melts, now, by the way. Super easy to work with!)
I also put together these little Easter cones. The first blogger used peanut M&Ms in pastels. I chose to use the malted milk Robin eggs instead--they were bigger and filled the waffle cones I found more quickly, plus they were more special for Easter.
