This Chicken with Feta Cheese Sauce is a simple recipe, but delicious. A big hit at our dinner table tonight.
I followed the recipe, apart from using butter instead of olive oil for sauteing the chicken. That's personal preference on my part. It was a simple uncomplicated dish that I would definitely make again. Maybe I'll even add some veggies in the next time, but really, it doesn't need anything. Yummy as is.
