When the Deck is Stacked Against You

This recipe for Cheesy Chicken Tater Tot Casserole seemed like it would be a hit from the beginning.  I tried my best to sabotage it through some silly mistakes, but it was still tasty, easy comfort food.

It turns out you can successfully prepare this recipe with precooked turkey (I didn't read the recipe carefully, and couldn't find chicken in the refrigerator) instead of raw chicken.  The turkey got a little dry, but the whole dish was pretty tasty.  Not having to precook the chicken (or whatever poultry you prefer), would also save some work and time.

I'll definitely try this recipe again, and hopefully get my act together in the mean time.
