Groundhog Month

I always look forward to February.  We have some family birthdays, one of which is on Groundhog Day, and I always look forward to the fun of Valentine's Day.

This month's menu plan is fairly simple.  I am back to teaching each week, so Tuesdays and Thursdays automatically become simpler.  There are a few new recipes sprinkled in for good measure, and I'm definitely looking forward to trying some fun things for our Chinese New Year Party on the ninth.
