It's comfort food season at our house, and tonight's recipe for Ranch Crock Pot Pork Chops was no exception.
I loved the simplicity of this recipe. I had all the ingredients on hand. Five minutes prep maximum, even giving the pork chops a slight brown. It was super easy and fast.
And the crowd (all two of them) loved it! Of course they also loved that I made mashed potatoes. Both of them automatically give a recipe a higher review when accompanied by mashed potatoes and gravy. (The gravy was just the sauce from the pork chops.)
Still, despite the extra mashed potatoes points for this recipe, it's definitely a keeper. Easy, tasty, and fast. Doesn't get much better than that does it? Especially when mashed potatoes are on the side...
