I certainly am. I've tried Orange Chicken before and had much better results. I must, sub-consciously, be searching for a name that Chinese chain restaurant knock-off version of orange chicken. This one is definitely not it. It is much lower in calories, to be sure, but it also is much lower in flavor.
I followed the recipe on this one and the result was very ho-hum. I was much more excited by the rice I made to go with it. Plain rice with a little butter and salt. No orange chicken should take a back seat to rice. And yet? This one did. 'nough said.
