This recipe for Cranberry-Orange Pork Chops seemed that a perfect combination of a sweet pork dish that isn't heavy. So many pork dishes include heavy gravy or something equally thuddy.
Unfortunately, in this case, light translates into light on flavor. The orange flavor was weak as was the cranberry. In fact, the sauce really didn't come together at all. Maybe it needed a thickening agent of some kind?
