Monday, Monday

Mondays are good for pizza, especially Sausage, Spinach and Provolone Pizza. Pizza's always a safe bet in this house, even if the under-5 crowd always votes for the cheese variety. I used my own pizza dough recipe (from the West Bend Recipes book that came with my bread machine). I decided to add some carmelized onions in addition to the spinach and sausage. We love the sausage and onion combo, and it was a great addition to this recipe. The sweet onions were the perfect foil to the spicy sausage and spinach flavors. I'll add even more the next time I make this recipe. There will be a next time!
