Mondays and Meatballs

Almost two years ago there was another Monday and a meatball dish. Unwittingly, that's what I had planned for yesterday. This recipe from Kraft for Sweet 'n Sour Meatballs was delicious this time too.

That's not really news unless you account for the fact that yesterday I used turkey meatballs and nobody could tell the difference! Not even me, and I knew what I was eating. I also happened to only have the Light Catalina dressing on hand and it was just fine. Two ways to lighten up the dish and maintain quality--it doesn't get much better than that!
