Maybe my expectations were too high. Maybe I'd built the idea up so much it was impossible to meet in real life. Don't get me wrong, it was good, but instead of Lasagna Pizza, I think I'll stick with separate recipes from now on. The noodles were a little crunchy and I missed the ricotta cheese. If I'm going to go to the work of making pizza, I'd prefer to have an ordinary crust and lots of it!
