We had an overnight visit from my in-laws this weekend. Though they aren't big breakfast eaters, I did want to have a little something for them before they headed back home. I couldn't decide what to make so I settled on two different things--Snickerdoodle Coffee Cake that I've made before and these Raspberry Lemon Muffins. I knew I could take the extras to our Sunday School class to keep them well fed.
As before the Snickerdoodle cake was delicious, just dark brown. The muffins were good too. In fact, it is a good basic muffin recipe that would pair well with many types of fruits.
