This recipe for "Chinese Take-Out" Lemon Chicken sounded like a good thing. Restaurant food at home with a good portion of veggies and nice color. But there's only so much you can do to hide the taste of lemon jello, as is very clear in this recipe. The taste wasn't bad, but it just wasn't quite right either, and I followed the recipe to the letter. Maybe that was the problem.
