We had a Cinco de Mayo party on Saturday and last week this recipe for Margarita Cupcakes came to my email inbox. I decided to give it a whirl. They are very unusual--you usually don't find a pretzel mixture at the bottom of your cupcake. They are light and refreshing with a nice lime flavor in the frosting. Try and enjoy!
