but I was really disappointed in the recipe for Garlic Pineapple Chicken from Taste of Home. I was sticking to the menu plan until I saw how beautiful a day it was Tuesday. I just had to grill so I used the sauce ingredients to make a marinade. While there was nothing wrong with it, there wasn't anything spectacular about it and I ended up adding barbeque sauce to mine. I grilled pineapple too, just brushing it with butter and sprinkling it was cinnamon-sugar. That was was worth it!
