Risotto is one of those dishes you hear people talk about making--how difficult it is or how fancy and special. Lynn at Lynn's Kitchen Adventures post on Oven Risotto convinced me it wasn't too difficult. She was right! This was a yummy dish for our dinner tonight, and I can't wait to try her other versions.
