I've been in the kitchen a lot this past week making treats to share with friends and colleagues for the holidays. Today I made this recipe for Peanut Butter Popcorn Crunch. It's a very tasty treat, and I love the fact that there are chocolate covered peanuts in it. I used crunchy peanut butter since that is what I had on hand. I don't think it mattered.
