I love bread. So, I'm always happy to find a new recipe for bread that's totally yummy and worth making again. Last week I tried this recipe for Diana's Hawaiian Bread from All Recipes. One reviewer had said that the recipe worked well in the bread machine on the 2lb setting so I decided to try that format and save myself some work. I had a moment of doubt while prepping the ingredients that maybe I didn't have that big of a machine, but proceeded anyway. It turns out I don't have a 2lb size machine so there was a lot of spillage and bread squished into the lid! Even so, it was a delicious loaf and I'll be using the dough cycle from now on!
