Saucy Apricot Chicken

Another Taste of Home recipe tonight, this one for Saucy Apricot Chicken. This is an absolutely easy recipe. I modified it by using the light Catalina dressing, but other than that followed directions. After making it, though, I don't think both butter and oil are necessary. One or the other would be fine.
This dish will go down as "okay" in the words of my husband. He liked it, but likes other chicken dishes I make better. My sister and her family were here for dinner and she, especially, seemed to enjoy it. I've made notes in the cookbook, and maybe I'll give it another go 'round some time.
