Someone made baked oatmeal for one of my baby showers nearly three years ago, and I've been wanting to try making it ever since. We had a fellowship day in our Sunday School class today so I was looking for something to make and happened to have all the right ingredients for this recipe for Fruity Baked Oatmeal from Simple and Delicious. I doubled the recipe for a 9x13 pan and baked it for closer to 45-50 minutes. It was pretty good and if I tinker with the recipe just a little, it could even be good for me!
