Tonight was a new recipe that I had saved from Simple and Delicious (thanks, Mom, for sending it to me!). The Bacon Cheeseburger Spaghetti has the beginnings of a very good dish. I'll make it a couple more times to see if I can get it just right. I made the recipe as it as written except that I didn't include the pickles or use as much cheese as it called for. We're not big fans of pickles at our house so I just left them out, but I think they or something like them is necessary for a balanced flavor in this recipe. There was too much sauce and the barbeque flavor was overwhelming. Better luck next time because I really want to like this dish!
