Depite my usual policy of a closed kitchen on Friday nights, we stayed in tonight. It's been a busy week and nobody felt like doing much of anything. This recipe from Taste of Home for Tortellini and Ham was yummy. I substituted turkey ham for regular ham and couldn't tell the difference. It was pretty fast and easy and I'll definitely make it again in the near future.
