Ever have a recipe you were just completely indifferent about? That's this recipe for Pineapple Chicken for me. I made it Monday night so that I could be out running around to various things all day. As we ate supper we all sort of said "well it's chicken". Clearly nothing special, so I guess I'll not keep the recipe around. Here's hoping for better luck next time.
