Tonight I tried this recipe for Upside Down Ham Loaf. It was pretty tasty, but I think in the future I would make the following modifications--use more pineapple juice in the mixture, perhaps even use crushed pineapple mixed in. I also think that a little more butter and brown sugar couldn't hurt. I never used to like the sweet with meat combinations such as pineapple and ham, but it's starting to grow on me!
