Last year about this time we were preparing to go to Cocoa Beach. One of our favorite restaurants there is the Italian Courtyard. Last year we discovered a new dish there that's become a favorite at home--the sausage and onion rollup. Pizza dough filled with Italian sausage and sauteed onion. Yummy, yummy. So that was dinner last night. I made the dough with whole wheat and regular flour and it was so tasty.
