Last night we were very short on time before an evening program at our church. For just such occasions (or the days when I'm working and get home with 15 minutes to get food on the table), I keep a few quick fix meals on hand. This time it was a Banquet Homestyle Bake--Cheesy Ham and Hashbrown variety. Well I won't do that again. The flavor and texture came out very poor, and the taste was awful! Next time I'll stick to what I know--a Betty Crocker AuGratin Potatoes box mix and add my own extras!
